ABOUT ME

My name is Flavia Jimena Guardia, and I’m an Argentine designer based in Australia. I graduated in Fashion Design and Textiles from the University of Buenos Aires (FADU) and also studied Graphic Design, building a strong foundation across fashion, graphics, and pattern making.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across all stages of production from design and pattern development to manufacturing and distribution in sectors such as surfwear, footwear, technical uniforms, and extreme sports apparel. I also gained experience producing garments for AFL umpires in China, which expanded my understanding of performance materials and global production processes.

In 2016, I founded Eco Enviro Concepts, a Melbourne-based circular economy brand creating compostable products from recycled coffee cups, merging sustainability with innovation.

Most recently, I’ve collaborated with Aboriginal communities in regional Victoria, a meaningful experience that has enriched my design practice by integrating cultural respect, storytelling, and community values into my creative process.

I’m passionate about thoughtful, sustainable design that connects cultures, people, and the environment.
